 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had an issue with our LG front-load dryer that was making a loud banging noise during operation. The team at Big Sam Appliance Repair arrived as scheduled and immediately began diagnosing the problem.

They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the issue. They discovered that two drum support rollers had seized, preventing the drum from rotating properly. They clearly explained the recommended repairs and got right to work.

In addition to replacing the defective rollers, they took the time to thoroughly clean the inside of the dryer, remove accumulated lint and debris, inspect the other moving components, and make sure everything was operating properly before wrapping up.

It's refreshing to work with a company that shows up on time, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing the job right. Big Sam Appliance Repair delivered excellent service from start to finish.

I was really impressed. Had the parts on hand and resolved same day. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.
